About the Role:

If you’re a Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst looking for a new role and you’re not averse to travelling between offices to support staff while ensuring all internal systems are running smoothly, then this might be for you…

You’ll join a Professional Services business supporting internal staff across offices in Newcastle and  Edinburgh, though the main focus of your work will be in the Newcastle office.

In this role you will have a salary of around £36k to £38k +benefits (including an annual bonus). There’s also a 1 in 4 week out of hours rota for which you’ll receive additional payments (details tbc).

A current valid drivers licence is essential for this role and a company vehicle is provided when travelling to the Edinburgh office.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

-         Previous experience delivering IT Helpdesk Support in a Professional Services environment

-         Experience of supporting all aspects of the Microsoft Tech stack (O365, Active Directory etc.)

-         Manage the installation, configuration and support of laptops, networking kit etc.

-         Fault find and break fix of hardware (printers, scanner etc.)

-         Ability to prioritise work and manage users expectations

-         An ITIL Accreditation or previous experience of working in an ITIL environment is advantageous.
