You’ll join a Professional Services business supportinginternal staff across offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and a couple of places in-betweenas well as regular visits to support their team in the North East of England.
In this role you will have a salary of around £36k to £38k +benefits (including an annual bonus). There’s also a 1 in 4 week out of hoursrota for which you’ll receive additional payments (details tbc).
Please note that this is a field support role and willinvolve a good deal of travel between sites to support around 500 users. You’llhave autonomy to develop your own weekly schedule split between each of the officesand a company vehicle will be provided, so a full clean drivers licence isessential.
To be successful in this role you’ll bring the followingskills and experience:
- Previousexperience delivering IT Helpdesk Support in a Professional Servicesenvironment
- Experienceof supporting all aspects of the Microsoft Tech stack (O365, Active Directoryetc.)
- Managethe installation, configuration and support of laptops, networking kit etc.
- Faultfind and break fix of hardware (printers, scanner etc.)
- Abilityto prioritise work and manage users expectations
- AnITIL Accreditation or previous experience of working in an ITIL environment isadvantageous.
