This position joins a collaborative, technical and high-performing development team. As a Senior Developer, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications and solutions across our clients' technology stack. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in SQL, C#, .NET, Python, Azure, and Microsoft’s Power Platform. You will also work with Microsoft Fabric to deliver modern data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using C#, .NET, and Python
• Create reliable data solutions by writing and optimising SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Build, enhance, and support applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the wider Power Platform
• Deliver modern analytics and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Fabric
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to turn requirements into effective technical solutions
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices and coding standards
• Support system integrations, resolve performance issues, and maintain high system availability
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

The successful candidate will have a development background with extensive exposure to C#, .NET, SQL and Python. Any experience of using Power Platform is beneficial but not essential.
