To be considered for this role you should bring the following skills and experience:

-         Experience in an IT Service Desk environment (preferably in professional services)

-         Working knowledge of MS O365, Windows O/S etc.

-         Some knowledge of supporting mobile devices in advantageous

-         A drivers license would be nice, though not essential

-         A can do attitude and the ability to prioritise your work

-         Excellent communication skills

The clients office is based in Edinburgh City Centre and this role is based on site 5 days per week so you should live in or around Edinburgh and be happy to commute on a daily basis.
