FT Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively handling a System Administrator role with well known business. Reporting into the IT Manager, this permanent role will see you provide 1st-3rd line support across the business as well as full involvement in upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Offer head office and other sites multi-tiered IT support.
• Engage in the on-call rota
• Oversee and run the IT help desk.
• Assist with server, backup, and IT-related maintenance and monitoring.
• When necessary, communicate with outside consultants and service providers.
• IT documentation and reporting
  

Our client are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and given the nature of the role and the sites layout a drivers licence will be required.
