About the Role:

This opportunity is for a Senior Electronics Engineer to work with a global engineering business at their Westhill facilities just on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

The salary for this position is up to around £70k + benefits and it’s a hybrid position with 2 to 3 days a week on site, though flexibility will be required in line with the needs of the business.

As a Senior Electronics Engineer you will provide guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team, while also being involved in the allocation and monitoring of project work to ensure that project milestones are met.

The key skills required for this role are as follows:

-         Previous experience in a Senior or Lead Electronics Engineering position

-         Demonstrable experience of PCB layout & schematic capture

-         Experience of circuit design for embedded systems (STM32 or similar)

-         Ability to design for both functional safety and CE compliance

-         Proven experience of design tools (Software tools, CAD packages etc.)

-         Experience of product lifecycle management systems for engineering package storage
