FT Recruitment is working with a well-known, local business who are looking to add a Business Central Consultant to their growing team in what is yet another newly created role.
This position reports directly to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for:
- Client Engagement & Support – Consult with prospects and clients to understand requirements, demonstrate the benefits of Business Central, resolve tickets effectively, and deliver excellent customer care.
- Solution Design & Development – Translate client ideas into tailored ERP solutions, create detailed technical specifications and proposals, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Implementation & Project Management – Lead ERP implementations, manage upgrades, define project plans and timelines, and oversee smooth go-live processes.
- System Maintenance & Testing – Perform regular system maintenance, install and test upgrades, ensure bug-free deployment, and support end-to-end issue resolution.
- Knowledge Sharing & Training – Train client teams on system usage, present solutions clearly, and continuously enhance expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Advisory & Innovation – Provide strategic advice on new technologies, support management decisions, and recommend improvements to strengthen client ERP systems.
Candidates should have a technical background with a specialisation within ERPs, ideally NAV/Business Central. Whilst having coding and troubleshooting skills.
