About the Role:

Our client, a multi-national Tech company are looking to create a team of 1st line support staff to help resolve any client IT/applications-related issues. With having clients located across the globe, our client is operating a shift-based operational model (dayshift, backshift, nightshift) and if successful you will take part in these shifts on a weekly rotating basis.

Responsibilities:

  • User support and issue resolution
  • Standard service desk operations
  • Internal IT support
  • Client facing product support
