FT Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global engineering and solutions organisation, for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is a high-impact role, perfect for a commercial expert with strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
Main duties include:
- Lead end-to-end contract management, including client and supplier agreements, SLAs, and licensing deals.
- Develop and optimise pricing models, supporting revenue growth and margin targets.
- Advise sales and bid teams on commercial strategy, risk, and financial impact.
- Collaborate across operations, legal, finance, and supply chain to ensure contracts support business objectives and compliance.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend commercial improvements.
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar commercial role within the oil & gas, marine or related sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to negotiate complex agreements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- Experience with CLM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; MBA or legal qualification is a plus.
