About the Role

FT Recruitment are currently supporting our client, based in Westhill, to find a Project Administrator to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis. This role is for 6 months but could extend depending on project completions. The ideal candidate will have good experience in Administration and/or Coordination and can work well independently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting administration – scheduling/rescheduling invites, filing meeting recordings/transcripts, recording actions.
  • Managing a team mailbox and allocating requests.
  • Tracking completion of contractual deliverables, including formal sign off using Adobe Sign.
  • Managing access requests to programme tools

Previous Experience required:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative, Coordination or Support role
  • High proficiency in the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel, MS Project and Power Point
  • Working knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and takes pride in delivering a quality service
  • Good communication skills and an ability to build, maintain and develop relationships to foster team collaboration.
