FT Recruitment are currently supporting our client, based in Westhill, to find a Project Administrator to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis. This role is for 6 months but could extend depending on project completions. The ideal candidate will have good experience in Administration and/or Coordination and can work well independently.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting administration – scheduling/rescheduling invites, filing meeting recordings/transcripts, recording actions.
- Managing a team mailbox and allocating requests.
- Tracking completion of contractual deliverables, including formal sign off using Adobe Sign.
- Managing access requests to programme tools
Previous Experience required:
- Previous experience in an Administrative, Coordination or Support role
- High proficiency in the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel, MS Project and Power Point
- Working knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and takes pride in delivering a quality service
- Good communication skills and an ability to build, maintain and develop relationships to foster team collaboration.
