FT Recruitment are supporting our client, a local social care charity, who are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join their established team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role and will be supporting the Operations Director alongside the Executive Team. This role is 35 hours per week and can offer hybrid working after probationary period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong administrative experience looking for the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities:
· Supporting the Operations Director with daily administration support
· Managing calendars, scheduling meetings,handling email correspondence, and preparing reports
· Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between the Director and their team, and ensuring smooth information flow
· Arranging travel, accommodation, and other logistical requirements for the Director.
· Preparing meeting agendas, gathering necessary materials, and taking minutes
· Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
· Maintaining databases and records, ensuring accurate and organised information
Key requirements for this role:
· Previous experience in a Senior Administrator OR Personal Assistant role is essential
· Strong Administrative Skills
· Minute taking and organisational skills
· Time Management
· Diary Management
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Confidently and diligence as this role will involve handling personal data and information
· Experience using all Microsoft Office Packages
