Main duties include:
- Lead international business development initiatives to expand our global footprint
- Identify and secure new customer opportunities across target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Apply technical sealing knowledge to support customer needs and drive solution-based sales
- Work closely with internal teams to support strategic planning and product development
Suitable candidates should have the following:
- Extensive experience within the sealing industry is essential
- Demonstrated success in international sales or business development
- Strong technical knowledge of sealing products and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
